Barnes Wins G1 Pro Class Race Final Again
Scott Barnes was back in action in the SKUSA Pro Tour Summer Nationals Round 5, Barnes competes in the G1 Pro Class, and Barnes finished on top of the podium for the day.
In the qualifying round, Barnes clocked the fastest lap time of 1:02.929, with Joe Ruch second clocking a time of 1:03.104.
In the pre-final race, Barnes finished second with an 11 lap time of 11:39.228, while Ruch had a winning time of 11:38.665.
Barnes then won the final with an 18 lap time of 19:14.265, with Anthony Stiffler second in 19:34.547.
Following the race, Barnes said, “Another good day of racing, Ruch and I battled all day. I was able to take the pole, he took the pre final race and I was able to hang on to get the final win!”
