Large Group Exemption:
Wedding Reception
Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Wedding Reception hosted by Event Décor [Mrs. Richie Robinson] is an event justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 [1] and [2] of the Public Health [COVID-19 Emergency Powers] Regulations 2020 on groups of more than fifty persons assembling;
Now therefore, the Minister grants an exemption under regulation 5 [4] of those Regulations permitting a group of more than fifty persons to assemble Saturday August 8, 2020 between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm at Astwood Park, 39 South Road, Warwick Parish with the following conditions:
Conditions:
All persons attending the wedding reception must wear a face mask and maintain appropriate physical distancing at all times.
Event organizers to ensure physical distancing is enforced.
Maximum number of persons 90.
Duration of event 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Hand sanitizers and/or hand washing stations to be made available.
The Bermuda Police Service / Ministry of National Security Official have right to attend and observe adherence to the conditions as prescribed above.

Public Health [Covid-19 Emergency Powers] Regulations 2020
Large Group Exemption: Bermuda Pride
Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Bermuda Pride event is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 [1] and [2] of the Public Health [COVID-19 Emergency Powers] Regulations 2020 on groups of more than fifty persons assembling;
Now therefore, the Minister grants an exemption under regulation 5 [4] of those Regulations permitting a group of more than fifty persons to assemble Saturday August 8, 2020 at 8:30 pm at City Hall & Arts Centre [Front Lawn], 17 Church Street, City of Hamilton with the following conditions:
Conditions:
- All persons attending the event must wear a face mask and maintain appropriate physical distancing at all times.
- Number of persons permitted is 150.
- Security to be present to monitor and enforce physical distancing.
- Duration of the event is 30 minutes.
- Security to ensure number of persons at the event does not exceed the permitted number of 150.
- The Bermuda Police Service / Ministry of National Security Official have right to attend and observe adherence to the conditions as prescribed above
