Burglary At Southampton Resort Ocean Club

A “significant quantity of cash and merchandise” was stolen during a burglary at the Resort Shop at the Fairmont Southampton Ocean Club.

A police spokesperson said, “At 11:20 on Wednesday 16-Sep-2020, police received a report of a burglary at the Resort Shop, Southampton Princess Ocean Club, Southampton.

“Information is that sometime between 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, 13th September and 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday 15th September, unknown individuals shattered the glass to the door of the premises and removed a significant quantity of cash and merchandise.

“Members of the public are advised to be on the lookout for persons selling or attempting to dispose of stolen merchandise, including but not limited to:

  • Cigars
  • Tote bags
  • Costume Jewellery
  • Clothing

“Anyone who may have been approached to purchase such items or who may have any information about this crime, is asked to call 295-0011.”

    Exactly. Guess they have it to loose. Obviously not hire guest patronizing the shop. Maybe time rime to close up
