Kae Thomas Palacio Resigns From FDM
Kae Thomas Palacio has resigned from the Free Democratic Movement [FDM] and has withdrawn as a candidate in General Election 2020.
The Bermuda Broadcasting Company reported, “BBC News has received a press release from Kae Thomas Palacio saying she had, ‘resigned as a founder and member of the Free Democratic Movement [FDM] and has withdrawn her candidature from the upcoming General Election in C31 Southampton West Central. She extends her best wishes to the FDM in the upcoming election.’”
Ms Palacio was due to run in Constituency #31 Southampton West Central, which is currently held by the OBA’s Ben Smith, who will be running again in what is now a two-person race up against the PLP’s Crystal Caesar.

It begs the question without any given explanation are any of the FDM getting pressure from the plp. One must suspect that in these marginal districts any split vote of plp fdm gives the oba a suspected advantage. Just Saying
I voted forbtge OBA in the last election and would wojld consider voring dor a FDM candidate if there was one in my constitiancy.
The voters are voting UBPOBA or BIUPLP don’t fool yourself.
So WHY did she resign????????
Some trickery came out that had nothing to do with the plp or oba. Dont you have social media!!!
