Notice To Creditors Of Intention To Declare Dividend

Notice Is Hereby Given that a final deadline for the filing of final proofs of debt has been set by Order of the Supreme Court of Bermuda for the 1st October, 2020. Any proofs of debt filed after that date will not be entitled to participate in any final dividend.

Proof of Debt forms have been mailed to all known creditors. If you believe that you are a creditor of this Company and have not received a Proof of Debt form, please contact Ms. Emily Lo of the Office of the Official Receiver of Bermuda by email at eplo@gov.bm, for the relevant form. All forms must be lodged with the Official Receiver and Liquidator at the offices on the 4th Floor, Government Administration Building, 30 Parliament Street, Hamilton HM 12, Bermuda for the attention of Ms. Emily Lo by 2 p.m. [Atlantic Time] on the 1st October, 2020.

If you have already submitted a claim, you are not required to take any further action unless you have further documentation to support your claim or you receive an additional request in writing from the Official Receiver and Liquidator.
