$1M more budget on Communications than Energy….doesn’t the RA know our HOUSE IS ON FIRE?

Why are they just getting started on a Phase 1 Prefeasibility Study for wind. Wasn’t this done already by the Bren School? What has taken the RA so long to start a Prefeasibility Study? Why wasn’t this done years ago? GET ON IT ALREADY. You have been spending too much time on Communications and too little time on ENERGY!
