Nathan Armstrong Wins Mountain Invitational
Nathan Armstrong won Pod 4 of the Boy’s Back to the Mountain Invitational at Garret Mountain in Woodland Park.
In Pod 4, Hasbrouck Heights and Armstrong’s Pompton Lakes placed four of the top five runners in the 49-man race and it was Hasbrouck Heights winning the team trophy, 37-45.
The top three runners in the race were Armstrong of Pompton Lakes who clocked 17:19, senior Henry Wood of Pingry was second in 17:39 and junior Evan Morrow of Hasbrouck Heights finished third with a time of 17:43.
