One Launches New Data Roaming Packs
One Communications has launched new data roaming packs, with the company saying that an $8 Carry-On Auto Pack provides a “generous, automatic bucket of data on a daily basis in almost any country.”
A spokesperson said, “Travelling just became more affordable than ever for One Communications mobile customers with the launch of Carry-On Roaming.
“The new roaming product is a first for Bermuda; it provides an easy, affordable way to stay in touch while travelling. An $8 Carry-On Auto Pack provides a generous, automatic bucket of data on a daily basis in almost any country, with the option to purchase more data at the customer’s discretion.
“Starting today, October 28th, Carry-On Roaming is automatically included in every Postpaid customer’s mobile phone plan so there is never any need to add or remove the service.
“The launch signifies a major shift away from “pay per use” data roaming charges and monthly service fees where customers were unsure of how much data they were using, and how much they were spending. With Carry-On Roaming, the customer is in complete control of their experience.”
