Bermuda Winter Age Group Swimming Day 3
The Bermuda Amateur Swimming Association’s Winter Age Group Championships continued, with several swimmers achieving personal best times on the third day of the meet.
The Girls 15 & Over 100 SC Meter Freestyle was won by Taylor White in 1:00.64, Josephine Duerden from the Harbour Amateur Swim Club was second in 1:01.14 and Tayla Horan from the Sharks Swim Club finished third in a personal best time of 1:01.45.
Jesse Washington from the Sharks Swim Club won the Boys 15 & Over 100 SC Meter Freestyle touching the wall in a time of 52.42, Jack Harvey from the Harbour Amateur Swim Club finished second in 53.95, and Evan Farrow from the Harbour Amateur Swim Club finished third in a personal best time of 54.19.
During the 13-14 Girls 100 SC Meter Backstroke Myeisha Sharrieff from the Harbour Amateur Swim Club clocked a personal best winning time of 1:05.42, Imojen Judd from the Sharks Swim Club Bermuda was second in 1:09.80, and Elena Pearman from the Harbour Amateur Swim Club finished third in a personal best time of 1:11.62.
Jack Harvey from Harbour Amateur Swim Club won the Boys 15 & Over 100 SC Meter Backstroke touching the wall in a time of 57.84, Jesse Washington from the Sharks Swim Club finished second in a personal best time of 59.89, and another Sharks Swim Club swimmer Brian Desmond was third in a personal best time of 1:00.72.
