Football: Premier Division Match Postponed
[Updated] The Premier Division match between Southampton Rangers and Somerset Trojans on Sunday [Dec 5] at the Southampton Rangers Sports Club has been postponed.
A BFA spokesperson said, “Please be advised that the Premier Division match between Southampton Rangers and Somerset Trojans scheduled for Sunday, December 5, 2020 at the Southampton Rangers Sports Club has been postponed.
“Due to an event held at the club that was totally unrelated to football or the Rangers football team which has resulted in persons testing positive for the Covid-19 virus, the Department of Health has taken the decision to close the club until further notice.
“The match will be rescheduled to a later date yet to be confirmed.”
