Govt Guidelines On When To Wear A Mask
The Government has released a graphic to help provide guidelines of when to wear a mask. This follows after the Government announced that regulations have been amended to introduce fines – $500 for the first offence and $1,000 for the second offence — for “persons not wearing a mask in accordance with the law.”

According to this graphic you only need to wear a mask in a shop, workplace or public transport in circumstances where you can’t keep 6 feet distance.
Has anyone seen a description of what a “mask” is? I have looked and looked and can’t find a definition (guidance, yes, but not a legal standard). What is the requirement for a “mask”? How can a person be fined for not wearing something that has not been defined?
