Northlands To Present “The Time Machine”
Northlands Primary will be presenting a virtual Christmas production called “The Time Machine,’ with each school grade level involved in the production, which was done virtually due to the pandemic.
A spokesperson said, “Northlands Primary has been actively working to spread Christmas cheer in the community throughout this season. The month began with the release of the song “Christmas Time” by the Northlands School Choir, which has been playing frequently on Inspire 105 and Power 95.
“Last week the staff shared a digital Christmas card video of them singing the song, “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” to share with their students as well as the community at large.
“This week Northlands will be presenting their virtual Christmas production called, “The Time Machine”. Each grade level is involved in the production which had to be done virtually due to current Covid restrictions.
“Terry Henry, the music teacher at Northlands, has spent countless hours trying to create this production in the safest manner possible. This involved recording classes singing and playing instruments one student at a time, and then editing it to create a virtual choir and band. The production has already received raving reviews online and it will be televised on Channel 82 throughout the Christmas holiday.”
