Burchall’s Coach: More Talented Young Players
The Bournemouth coach said that young footballer Ajani Burchall ”could be just the tip of the iceberg of talented youngsters” within the team’s academy.
The Daily Echo reported, “Jason Tindall revealed Ajani Burchall could be just the tip of the iceberg of talented youngsters within the Cherries academy. The Bermudian was a surprise inclusion last month when he was plucked from the under-18s and given his senior debut off the bench in a 5-0 Championship win over Huddersfield Town.
“Burchall became the third youngest player in the club’s history in the process, aged 16. He was also an unused substitute for the trip to Luton Town the following weekend.”
Asked if he had his eye on any more talented youngsters within the club, Tindall told the Daily Echo: “There is, but I won’t be naming them because as we know there’s always vultures ready to take your best players! But I can’t speak highly enough of the work that they’re doing there.
