STEP Bermuda Talk To Be Held On January 29
The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners [STEP] will be hosting a STEP Talk entitled ‘Bermuda Property, Stamp Duty, and Land Title Registration’ on Friday, January 29.
A spokesperson said, “Join us for a free informative STEP Bermuda Talk – proudly supported by Bermuda Business Development Agency – on Bermuda’s real estate law as it relates to local trustees.
“Appleby’s property lawyer Neil Molyneux will speak on the following topics:
- Real estate law in Bermuda for local trustees
- Land title registration
- Immigration Act issues for local trustees
- Stamp duty issues for local trustees
