Temporary Bank Centre At Rosebank To Close
The Bank of Butterfield announced that its temporary Banking Centre located at the Rosebank Centre, 11 Bermudiana Road in Hamilton, will close effective Monday, 1 February 2021.
“The Rosebank Banking Centre has been used periodically during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide in-person banking services to seniors and physically challenged clients,” a spokesperson said.
“As the incidence of new COVID-19 cases in Bermuda continues to trend downward, all in-person banking services in Hamilton will now be provided from Butterfield’s Reid Street Banking Centre. The St. George and Somerset Banking Centres are also open to serve clients. Banking Centre hours at all locations will change to 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, effective 1 February.
“Clients with physical challenges who require seating while waiting for teller services should identify themselves to Security or Front Desk personnel at the Banking Centre, and Butterfield will make appropriate accommodations.
“Butterfield’s corporate offices have also reopened to serve clients’ corporate banking, private banking, trust and investment needs. Clients are asked to please make appointments for services as follows: for loans and mortgages, clients can call [441] 298 4799 to book an appointment; for investment services, clients should call [441] 299 3817. Trust, corporate banking and private banking clients should contact their relationship managers directly.”
