Barnes Competes In SKUSA Winter Series
The 2021 Superkarts USA Winter Series program will close out this weekend with Scott Barnes competing at the AMR Homestead-Miami Motorplex presented by MG Tires.
Rounds three and four of the ‘best of three’ championship program will be contested in Homestead, Florida to decide this year’s titles.
During the Pro/Mas Shifter by PSL Karting Final, Barnes finished 2nd with a 22 lap time of 17:46.245, placing behind Freddy Rhemrev who recorded a time of 17:27.178.
Barnes also finished 2nd in the pre-final clocking a 12 lap time of 9:20.976, with Rhemrev edging him out to win the class in a time of 9:20.458.
