Notice Of Hearing

TAKE NOTICE of a Special Session of The Betting Licensing Authority for the year 2021/2022 will be held at the Magistrate’s Court No. 1 at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday the 3rd day of March, 2021 to hear the application of Side Bet Ltd. for the grant of a Bookmaker’s Licence in respect of Side Bet Ltd. located at 5 Burnaby Street, Hamilton HM12.

The Manager of the business is Cavon Steede.

Any person wishing to oppose the grant of any of this licence and who is a person ordinarily resident in or a freeholder of the District, or any person in any other District being the owner or occupier of any property lying within three hundred yards of the premises, may oppose the grant of that licence, provided written notice, stating in general terms, the grounds whereon the grant is to be opposed, is served on The Chairman of The Betting Licensing Authority, The Commissioner of Police, and on The Applicant, not less than three days before the date of the hearing of the application.
