The Temporary Fundraising Licence is issued for the period March 26, 2021 to June 26, 2021

Public Health [Covid-19 Emergency Powers]

Regulations 2021

Large Group Exemption:

Wedding Reception

Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Wedding Reception is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 [1] and [2] of the Public Health [COVID-19 Emergency Powers] Regulations 2021 on groups of more than ten persons assembling;

Now therefore, the Minister grants an exemption under regulation 5 [4] of those Regulations to Brittany Ricca permitting a group of more than ten persons to assemble Saturday April 10, 2021 between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm at 8 Knapton Hill, Smith Parish with the following conditions:

Conditions:

1. All persons attending the Wedding Reception must maintain appropriate physical distancing which is described as; maintaining a distance between all persons who are not members of the same household of at least –

six feet; or
three feet, provided each person is wearing a mask which completely covers their nose and mouth, and follow any relevant guidance.
2. Maximum number of attendees: 20 persons

3. Duration: 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm

4. Venue: 8 Knapton Hill, Smith Parish

5. Recording of names and contact information of persons attending the event for the purpose of contact tracing. Information to be retained for 28 days post-date of the event.

6. Adherence to all applicable COVID 19 Health Guidelines as published by the Ministry of Health.

7. Pursuant to paragraph 5 [8] of the Public Health [COVID-19 Emergency Powers] Regulations 2021, the Minister of National Security may at any time, modify or revoke a large group exemption granted or deemed to have been granted.

8. The Bermuda Police Service / Ministry of National Security Official have right to attend and observe compliance of the conditions as prescribed above.
