Licensing [Examination Deferral] Extension [No. 2] Order 2021 2nd Extension [No. 2]
An Order is hereby made by the Minister responsible for transport under the provisions of section 53B[3] of the Motor Car Act 1951 and section 17B[3] of the Auxiliary Bicycles Act 1954 to extend the time period provided in the Licensing [Examination Deferral] Order 2021 [GN 0334/2021] by an additional seven days for the period of Thursday, 29th April 2021 to Wednesday, 5th May 2021.
