Advisory: Wall Repairs Near Lover’s Lane

Wall repairs will commence on Harbour Road in Paget near the vicinity of Lover’s Lane, and this will result in a lane closure from June 7th through to August 6th.

A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform the public that wall repairs will commence on Harbour Road in Paget near the vicinity of Lover’s Lane.

“The lane closure will take place Monday June 7th, 2021 through Friday August 6th, 2021. Working hours will be from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm week days.

“The public is advised to avoid this section of Harbour Road between Highwood Lane and Lover’s Lane and to use detour routes via South Road & Middle Road.

“Traffic controls will be under direction of the Ministry of Public Works representatives and will be managed through traffic control signals & signage.

“The Ministry of Public Works wishes to encourage the full cooperation of the public and apologizes for any inconvenience that may result.

“Should there be any questions regarding this lane closure, please direct queries to the attention of Tina Beer-Searle, Civil Engineer Highways for the Ministry of Public Works on 501-3044.”
