Feed Your Soul, Feed Bermuda Campaign
The Bermuda Festival has announced its Feed Your Soul, Feed Bermuda campaign, which will see funds donated toward helping to ” eliminate food insecurity in Bermuda.”
A spokesperson said, “We have all missed live performances and The Bermuda Festival is hoping their virtual festival will Feed Your Soul as you watch the incredible performances of an awesome line-up of artists. But the Festival recognizes the challenges of many of our fellow Bermudians goes much deeper and they are struggling to feed themselves.
“The Festival is utilizing the opportunity of their virtual platform to both Feed Your Soul and Feed Bermuda. For every donation received through the “Feed Your Soul, Feed Bermuda” campaign they will donate 50% of every dollar to help eliminate food insecurity in Bermuda.”
Cindy Campbell, Executive Director said, “The Festival has partnered with Food 4 Thought Catering and Sargasso Sea to help our audience create ‘watch party’ events at their homes while they enjoy The Festival shows. We want people to create a fun environment to watch the shows with the bonus of helping eliminate food insecurity in Bermuda.”
“Food 4 Thought has created four special menus designed especially for the Festival’s Virtual events. A portion of every order will be donated to the Feed your Soul, Feed Bermuda campaign.
“There is a minimum order of four meals for any one menu item which can be found at the Bermuda Festival storefront on the Sargasso App or on the Sargasso website. All orders must be placed 48 hours in advance of the show. All meals will be delivered to your location and are not available for direct pickup at this time.
