Gateway Systems Announce New Shareholders
Gateway Systems Limited announced the addition of new shareholders, which they said was “a consortium of Canadian investors.”
A spokesperson said, “This Canadian Consortium are private investors that are focused on investing in technology companies across the globe. With this investment, the Consortium will bring in new management and technical resources to Gateway to accelerate growth in Bermuda and international expansion.
“John Kyle, Founder and Managing Director of Gateway, has divested his shareholdings in Gateway as part of this transaction and will be transitioning to a new role as Sales Director to drive growth and maintain the customer experience. John Kyle is also preparing to retire after over 30 years at the helm at Gateway. Martin Lau, a representative from the Consortium will be working with John to ensure an orderly transition.”
