All this emphasis on percentage of population when Government has no actual population number. 64,000 is the “magic” number being used, but not even broken down into age groups. Not backed up if you consider the lack of people in the shops, especially grocery shops, or on the road or just in public generally. Bermuda carries on flaying in the dark because of lack of data, so important for any Government. No data, no plans, no ideas, no future. Just hope and pray.
