  1. Well 5 new cases arrived, where those who tested positive vaccinated, would be good to know. Plus if they weren’t vaccinated why were they not in quarantine another hmm.

    • pink buoy says:

Non-vaccinated, who are quarantined (whether in the hotel or at home by exemption) only test on Arrival and Day 14, where vaccinated test on Arrival and Days 4, 8 and 14 so there are likely 4 vaccinated (2 residents who tested positive on Day 4, and 2 non residents on arrival – with the likelihood that a non resident would probably not choose to come here unvaccinated and quarantine for 14 days).

    • very concerning says:

That is exactly what I want to ask. Everyone that is non vaccinated doesnt get tested on day 4 and day 8 according to traveller quarantine rules. sos does that leave vaccinated people. we want to know if vaccinated people are coming in positive and unsymptomatic. Tbis means they should follow the same rules as non vaccinated people. We then should go back to maybe arrival, 4 DAY, and 14 DAY test (while skipping 8 day test) for both vaccinated and non vaccinated people and only have hotel quarantine for up to 4 days as they do in canada. a win win situation for residents and visitors alike. We know more about covid19 and can shift our thinking to outside the box without too much controversy.
