‘Wine Fest’ Tasting Event To Be Held On July 15
The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce and Hamilton Princess will be hosting a Wine Fest event on Thursday, July 15, with the event to take place on Hamilton Princess’s Regency Terrace and feature six of Bermuda’s leading wine distributors.
A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce and Hamilton Princess are set to host Wine Fest. A summer wine tasting event on Thursday, July 15, 2021.
“The event will take place on Hamilton Princess’s Regency Terrace from 5:30-7:30pm and, will feature six of Bermuda’s leading wine distributors. The distributors involved in Wine Fest are – Bermuda Import Export Company, BGA/Pitt & Company, Burrows Lightbourne, Discovery Wines, Gosling’s, and Marks & Spencer.
“Each company has carefully curated 3 wines for tasting. Event attendees will have the option to sample 18 different wines and participate in winning fantastic prizes. Mix, mingle and sip wine in the open air as you enjoy the harbor views and sultry summer tunes played by DJ Twinstarr. This is an event not to be missed.
In making the announcement, the Chamber’s Chief Executive Officer Kendaree Burgess said: “We are excited to be able to host Wine Fest along with The Hamilton Princess. As the Chamber’s first in person event in almost a year we are happy to announce we are bringing this event to you in the safest way possible. Patrons will be treated to a fun filled wine tasting event.
“Wine Fest is a summer fundraiser for The Chamber, and we welcome all wine enthusiasts. We believe Wine Fest has the potential to grow into an annual event that will appeal to both local and international audiences. It is our goal that in years to come Wine Fest will become a fixture on the island’s social calendar.
