Cricket Players Of Week: Douglas & Baker
The Bermuda Cricket Board [BCB] has named Allan Douglas and Reginald Baker as the Premier and First Division players of the week, respectively.
A spokesperson said, “The BCB is pleased to announce the T20 Domestic League Premier and First Division players of the week for matches held on August 15 [Week 7].
Premier Division
“Allan Douglas [St. George’s CC v Southampton Rangers SC] – 102 runs, not out off 67 balls
“The current standings for the T20 Premier Division are as follows:
First Division
“Reginald Baker [Flatts VRC] v Western Stars SC] – 81 runs, not out for 47 balls
“The current standings for the T20 First Division are as follows:
“The 2021 league season will consist of two complete rounds, which will include promotion and relegation [2 up and 2 down].
“Week 7 of Player of the Week is sponsored by Baptiste Limited. Winners will receive a $50 gift card.”
