Argus Group Share Repurchases In August
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Argus Group Holdings Limited advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of August 2021 the company has repurchased 15,477 shares at an average repurchase price of $6.15. These shares have been retained as treasury shares.
