Covid Charts: Cases & Deaths By Age Group

As of the most recent statistics, the Island has 1470 active cases, with 66 people in the hospital, and unfortunately, the island has recorded 62 Covid related deaths since the start of the pandemic in 2020, almost 30 of them in recent weeks.

According to data provided by the Health Ministry, the average age of cases is 41 years, and 45% are male. As far as deaths, the average age is 71 years, and 55% are male.

In releasing the test results on September 27th, the Government said, “Current data shows that nearly 90% of the coronavirus related deaths in Bermuda are among persons who are not vaccinated.”
