Anthony Phipps competed on the Moonlit Golf Tour at the Black Bear Golf Club in Mount Dora, Florida.
Playing at the P. B. Dye designed Championship 18 hole links style par 72 golf course, Phipps finished T8th after shooting an even par round of 72.
