In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Watlington Waterworks Ltd. announced the declaration of a dividend.
The full filing stated: “At a recent meeting of the Board of Directors, it was agreed that a dividend in the amount of BD$0.20 per share will be declared to the shareholders of record as at 16 September 2021. The payment date for the dividend will be 30 September 2021.”
