Boulevard Blazers Advance In FA Challenge Cup
The Boulevard Blazers booked their ticket into the next round of the FA Challenge Cup with a 3 – 2 victory over the Footy Kings at the BAA Field.
The Boulevard Blazers jumped out to a 2 – 0 lead in the first 8 minutes, as Jerome Bailey scored in the 5th minute, and then Ian Coke scored three minutes later.
Ralph Bean Jr. pulled a goal back for the Footy Kings and he scored again to draw the Footy Kings level.
Neither team would find the back of the net in regulation time, sending the match into extra time, with the Boulevard Blazers getting the winner from Taiquan Davis in the 101st minute.
