Campbell Patton Moves Up ILCA 7 Leaderboard
On the penultimate day of the ILCA 7 World Championships in Spain, Campbell Patton and the other 138 entries from 44 countries, completed races in the Gold Fleet and two in the Silver Fleet.
Patton sailed in the Silver Fleet, he would finish 43rd in the first race that saw sailors compete in a 7–12 knot north/northwesterly breeze.
He then recorded his best finish of the regatta crossing the line in 20th place to finish the day 105th overall with 236 net points.
