Desmond And Ingham Compete In Pennsylvania
Two Bermuda swimmers competed on the first day of the 2021 Bucknell Swimming & Diving Invitational in Pennsylvania.
Brian Desmond represented Fordham, while Caleb Ingham was representing La Salle University.
On the opening day, Desmond competed in the men’s 500 yard freestyle preliminaries, finishing 16th as he touched the wall in a time of 4:42.71 and during the men’s 500 yard freestyle B – final, he finished 7th with a time of 4:47.23.
Ingham finished 40th competing in the preliminaries of the men’s 50 yard freestyle clocking 21.77, and also swam the second leg for the La Salle University men’s 200 yard freestyle relay team that finished 16th with a time of 1:27.83.
