Bermuda Conclude ITF/COTECC Tournament
Bermuda’s 2021 ITF/COTECC Under 12 team of Jaden Jones, Tristan Pettit, and Dexter Snaith concluded competing in the Dominican Republic.
The team finished 8th after losing their final match to Costa Rica 3 – 0, with some hard-fought matches taking place.
In the opening match, Snaith lost 6-4, 7-6 [4 in the tie-breaker] against Alejandro Morales, and Costa Rica would extend their lead to 2 – 0 when Pettit lost in straight sets 6-3, 7-5 to Antonio Bermudez.
Jones and Pettit took to the court for the Doubles and went down in straight sets 6-0, 6-2 to Morales and Gianluca Fonseca.
