AirCare Donate To Women’s Resource Center

AirCare employees recently raised funds to support the Women’s Resource Center in order to celebrate the life of Morissa Moniz and to raise awareness of domestic violence.

A spokesperson said, “On Remembrance Day, an employee at AirCare Limited tragically lost her life. To celebrate the life of Morissa Moniz and to raise awareness of domestic violence, AirCare employees wore purple and raised funds to support the Women’s Resource Center. The total amount donated in honour of Morissa was $3,636.00.

Judith Uddin, President of AG Holdings said: “Morissa had only been with our Company a short time but had made a big impact and was a valued member of our team. Our entire team wanted to do something to remember her, and it was decided that contributing to the Women’s Resource Center in her name would be an appropriate initiative.

“The donation will support women who are facing life’s challenges, including those who may be facing abuse and difficult situations at home as well. We will always remember and honour Morissa and continue to support all our staff.”
