Elan Daley Wins Gold Medal In 100M Freestyle
Elan Daley continued competing at the Ontario Junior International Swim Meet in Canada, representing Markham Aquatic Club.
Daley competed in the women’s 18 years and younger age group division.
Daley finished sixth in the 50m breaststroke preliminaries touching the wall in a time of 33.10 and then finished sixth in the final in a personal best time of 32.81.
In the 100m freestyle preliminaries, Daley clocked a time of 54.67 touching the wall in the fastest time, and then in the final, she captured the gold medal when she touched the wall in a personal best time of 54.59.
