HPWC Extend Condolences To Bascome Family
The Hamilton Parish Workmen’s Club [HPWC] extended their condolences to the Bascome family and the St. George’s community following the tragic murder of 23-year-old Osagi Bascome.
A spokesperson said, “Upon the confirmation of next of kin being notified, it is with a heavy heart that we write this letter. This week, HPWC honoured the life of one of our beloved members who transitioned earlier this year.
“As a fellow community club within the Eastern end of the island, the membership of Hamilton Parish Workmen’s Club sends its deepest condolences to the Bascome family, the St. George’s community as well as the extended loved ones that are affected by this tragedy.
“Few words can be said right now that can bring comfort in this moment. It is our hope that as a country, we focus on healing our communities and continue to foster change to honour the lives lost.
“Each of us plays an important role to ensure that Bermuda is a place that supports, encourages, and protects its youth as they navigate life.”
