Stephanie Bernard Joins Carey Olsen As Counsel
Trusts and private wealth lawyer Stephanie Bernard has joined Carey Olsen Bermuda Limited as counsel.
A spokesperson said, “Stephanie has extensive and in-depth experience advising individuals, fiduciaries and companies on all aspects of Bermuda trust law, including international and local estate planning arrangements, wealth management structures, variation of trusts and private trust companies as well as international and local pensions. Stephanie also advises on regulatory issues affecting trustees and pension plans. Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Stephanie had practised at another offshore firm in Bermuda for the past 15 years.”
