Somers Share Repurchases For December 2021
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Somers Limited announced share repurchases and total shares in issue.
The filing stated: “Somers Limited, a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of December 2021, Somers had no repurchases of its own common shares.
“The number of common shares in issue as at December 31, 2021 was 22,285,533 [net of nil treasury shares].”
