Esposito & UMBC Compete In Championships
Vanessa Esposito and her University of Maryland, Baltimore County [UMBC] Women’s Swimming and Diving teammates repeated as runners-up at the 2022 America East Championships.
During the women’s 500 yard freestyle A – final, Esposito finished 6th clocking a time of 5:01.32, she had advanced to the final after finishing the preliminaries in 6th touching the wall in a time of 5:02.51.
Esposito swam the third leg for the UMBC women’s 800 yard freestyle relay team that finished 4th clocking a time of 7:33.67 and she also competed in the women’s 200 yard freestyle A final finishing 6th clocking a time of 1:52.61.
With a time of 17:38.34, Esposito finished 9th competing in the women’s 1650 yard freestyle.
