Man Arrested Following Assault In Pembroke
A 31-year-old man has been arrested following the assault of a man on Sunday [Feb 13].
A police spokesperson said, “Shortly before 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, 13th February, 2022, police and EMTs attended a reported assault at the Ambiance Lounge on Angle Street in Pembroke.
“Upon arrival it was determined the male victim sustained a non-life-threatening laceration to the forehead. He declined to be taken to hospital but was attended to by EMT’s, at the scene.
“The suspect, a 31-year-old black male, left the scene prior to police arrival but was subsequently located at a Smiths Parish residence and arrested. Enquiries are ongoing.
“Anyone with information should contact CID at 295-0011.”
