Rockal Evans Helps Earn Regatta Victory
Rockal Evans was once again onboard TP52 Gweilo, skippered by Matt Donald and Chris Townsend, while competing in the Port Hacking Ocean Regatta.
The offshore race saw the sailors head south of Sydney Harbor and back, with the boat Evans was on clocking a winning time of 4:30:56. Matador, skippered by David Doherty, was second after clocking 4:31:35, and finishing third was Sebastian Bohm, sailing Smuggler and clocking 4:39:22.
Evans said, “I was on the aft grinding pedestal again, trimming the mainsail. The race went as planned from start to finish to come out on top.”
