Bromby In Second As IOD Worlds Continues

Bermudian sailor Peter Bromby is in second place overall after the second day of competition at the International One Design [IOD] World Championship in Marblehead, Massachusetts.

Bromby, a four-time Olympian who also won three consecutive IOD World Championships in the 1990s, finished second in the first race of the day and sixth in the second race. The performance brought his total to 14 points after four races in the 10-race regatta, which is being hosted by the Eastern Yacht Club.

Fellow Bermudian skipper Kelsey Durham is in seventh place overall with 28 points. Durham, who entered the day tied for third, finished ninth in both races.
