Football Under 23: BAA & PHC Zebras Win
The Bermuda Football Association’s Under 23 League Season resumed at the Clyde Best Center of Excellence Field with a double header that produced 6 goals on the night.
BAA 2 Dandy Town Hornets 1
In the opener BAA edged the Dandy Town Hornets 2 – 1, Hunter Outerbridge gave BAA the lead in the 23rd minute, and then five minutes later it was 2 – 0 as Marcos Furr scored for BAA.
The Dandy Town Hornets would pull a goal back through Jahzardae Samuels in the 75th minute, but they could not find the equalizer.
PHC Zebras 2 Devonshire Colts 1
In the nightcap, the PHC Zebras edged the Devonshire Colts 2 – 1. The PHC Zebras got single strikes from Antonio Wade, and Jayden Ebbin, while the Devonshire Colts goal came from Sage Paynter.
