No public holiday? Unlike everywhere else…

Now, now, be sensible. It one thing to send a civil servant out to say “Celebrations for Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee are currently underway.”

It is quite another thing to do something that might be seen as supporting the U.K. or Her Majesty!

Bermudians have been told for decades how much the PLP hates everything British. Why do you think things would change now?

“A Government spokesperson said, “Celebrations for Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee are currently underway.”

Not one PLP Government Minister or MP had the guts to put their name to such an announcement. Pathetic.

Bitter, twisted, resentful. Tooth sucking hate. Full of it.
Failed as government, failed as human beings.

thanking her for allowing him to balloon the debt, take care of FOF and making Bermuda look like sheet.
helping the doc and the UNKNOWN entertainer as they where short of cash.
and dont forget the TA form.

Don’t forget the green tie. Always self before party before country.

All those people out there who hate being tied to Britain but were happy to take vaccinations provide by same country should be ashamed. We’re the only ODT not taking a public holiday for this remarkable achievement. Even the Bahamas is taking the 2 days and it’s independent!
