Boat & Moorings Registration Back In Service

After being temporarily out of service, the Department of Marine and Ports advised that the boat and moorings registration is now “fully operational” and will “begin processing all registrations.”

A Government spokesperson said, “The Department of Marine and Ports has announced that the Boat and Moorings Section is fully operational as of today, 6 July 2022, and will begin processing all registrations. The new expiration date for registration is Wednesday, 31 August 2022. Late fees will commence on Thursday, 1 September 2022.

“Last month, the Department of Marine and Ports advised that due to internal technical and data issues, the Department could not process online and walk-in payments. T

“he problems have been resolved, and payments can be processed. All customers that were provided with a “Temporarily Approval to Operate” letter are required to attend the Boats and Moorings Section to make payment.

“The Department wishes to thank the public for their patience.
