Tennis: Bermuda Continue Billie Jean King Cup
Bermuda’s Billie Jean King Cup team was back in action competing in Group II of the Americas Group A Round Robin Division at the Centro National Stadium in the Dominican Republic.
Bermuda took on El Salvador on the third day and lost 3 – 0.
Asia-Leigh Hollis was once again first on the court, falling in straight sets 6-0, 6-3 to Daniela Aguilar.
Shelby Madeiros was next on the court as she faced off against Michelle Irigoyen, falling in straight sets 6-0, 6-4.
Kumani Jackson and Amaya Rollins took to the court for the doubles, dropping straight sets 6-1, 6-4 to Aguilar, and Raquel Santos Marmol.
