Peppercorn Ceremony To Be Held On Oct 12
The annual Peppercorn Ceremony – which was originally scheduled to take place this past April – will now take place on Wednesday, October 12.
A Government spokesperson said, “The Ceremony will take place on King’s Square in the Town of St. George.
“The public are invited to attend the annual ceremony to enjoy the tradition, pomp and pageantry featuring the Royal Bermuda Regiment [RBR] guard on parade and the RBR Regiment Band and Corps of Drums.
“Invited guests are advised that the original invitations will be honoured, as no new invitations will be issued. Invited guests should RSVP the Corporation of St. George at 297-1532 or email cmaxwell@stgeorge.bm by October 5, 2022.”
