Photos: Pitcher Wins 85cc Division In California

Rudell Pitcher spent a week this summer honing his motocross skills at a training camp in Temecula, California – the “Moto Mecca of the world”.
The 14-year-old trained at several venues, including Fox Raceway and Lake Elsinore Raceway, and participated in an 85cc race at the iconic Glen Helen raceway in Devore, San Bernardino, winning his division.
He also had an opportunity to meet his motocross idol, Jason Anderson, an American rider who won the AMA 250SX West in 2014 and the AMA 450SX in 2018.
Pitcher, who hails from St David’s, is now preparing for the annual Thor Mino O’s at the Gatorback Cycle Park, Gainesville, Florida, from November 19 to 26.
