Weather Forecast For Tuesday September 20
Tuesday, September 20 is expected to see bright skies turn cloudy at times & bring chance of a shower, with the high to be near 29°C/84°F and the low to be near 24°C/76°F, according to the Bermuda Weather Service.
Winds are expected to be SSE. The relative humidity is expected to be near 66%.
Sunrise will be at 7.05am and sunset will be at 7.18pm. High tide will be at 4.52am and 5.30pm, while low tide will be at 11.11am.
The Bermuda Weather Service has issued a Small Craft Warning valid for late Wednesday, and their forecast for Tuesday says, “Bright skies turn cloudy at times & bring chance of a shower. Winds east-southeasterly light, veering south-southeasterly during the day, then southerly overnight. High near 29°C/84°F, low near 24°C/76°F. Clear sky UV Index forecast – 8 or very high.”
The BWS also notes the expected impact of Hurricane Fiona saying, “Hurricane Fiona will approach the Island from the southwest, with a projected track to pass to our near west as a major hurricane during Thursday night into Friday morning. Swells begin late Tuesday and hazardous seas become dangerous early Thursday. Rain bands will sweep over us at times as of midweek. Winds rapidly increase to hurricane force late Thursday into Friday.”
